Recently, she successfully launched Cooking for Isaiah™ by Silvana Nardone, a gluten-free and grain-free flour blend company that gives people the freedom to cook and bake again. Silvana is also an online food columnist for Food & Wine and and currently stars as the gluten-free expert in Taste of Home magazine’s online cooking school series, “Everyday Gluten-Free.” Previously, Silvana was the founding editor-in-chief of Every Day with Rachael Ray magazine and the owner of an Italian bakery, Fanciulla.
