Naomi PoeNaomi Poe is the founder and CEO of Better Batter Gluten Free Flour LLC, a gluten free products company. Naomi began the company in 2008 after her family members were diagnosed with celiac disease, nonceliac gluten intolerance, and autism. Naomi is a nationally recognized lifestyle expert and speaks throughout the country about transitioning to the gluten free, casein free lifestyle. Better Batter products are sold throughout the United States and Canada, and are available online. Naomi is married to John Poe, and is mother to Zion, age 12, and Caedon age 9.
