Amy Hull Brown
Amy Hull Brown, HHP, NC, HC is Founder and Owner of Well Amy, LLC, a multi-faceted company that focuses on giving others easy access to healthy living through food, nutrition and wellness-based services. As a practitioner, Amy works with special needs children, adults with chronic health issues, and individuals with allergies and sensitivities to food and environmental toxins. Her focus on nutritional healing began several years ago after her twin sons were diagnosed with ADHD and Autism. Not finding answers for their health issues using conventional (allopathic) medicine, Amy turned to complementary treatments including dietary changes, detoxification, sublingual immunotherapy, homeopathy and organotherapy to recover her sons and, unexpectedly, improve her health as well. Once sensitive to over 30 different foods, Amy and her family know firsthand what it is like to modify your lifestyle in order to follow a restricted diet. Based on the frustrations and successes of her personal journey, she was inspired to create the Market by Well Amy (www.wellamy.com), an online market specializing in all-natural, allergen-free and eco-friendly products, which is set to launch at the end of March 2013.
Amy Hull Brown is a board-certified Holistic Health Practitioner, Nutritional Consultant and Health Coach through the American Association of Drugless Practitioners. She is also certified as a Natural Chef by the Natural Kitchen Cooking School and continues her clinical studies in biotherapeutic drainage, homotoxicology and phytotherapy with leading experts in the field of natural medicine. Prior to her life as a stay-at-home mom, Amy worked for ten years in the financial services industry in New York City and received her MBA in Finance and Accounting and BA in Economics and Political Science from Washington University in St. Louis.
