Jill Inforzato

“Serial entreprunerer. Bakery owner, providing desserts to 12 restaurants and two resorts on the Big Island of Hawaii. Twice featured on Food Network. Moved to Dallas 2008 where I owned an Italian bakery/cafe for 5 years in Bishop Arts. Featured on Good Morning Texas and written up in the Advocate Magazine many times. After 5 years of restaurant we sold due to health issues. I was forced to evaluate my love affair with food. My premise was bad food helped create my health problems and only good food would be my cure. I dropped the “”white”” ingredients (also 15 pounds) from my diet and created a new healthy bread of oats, nuts and seeds. The side affect was that it was Gluten Free and Vegan. I then created a non-dairy “”butter”” and “”cheese”” that were both GF and Vegan.
Last May I took them to the farmers market to gather feedback. It
was a positive response. Dallas Morning news featured me In their”” local
Eats”” column. My mission is to bring healthy food that tastes good to the
average person and comforting the health conscious with lots of flavor.
