Come see your favorite chefs, personalities and bloggers take to the stage – sharing their Gluten Free & Allergen Free knowledge free of charge with your vendor fair admission.
Seating is limited, and it’s on a first-come-first-serve basis. We have lots of room for you in each classroom. However, some of the classes may fill up. To be fair, this is how the classes will work. Each session will last an hour. If you still have questions for the presenter after the class, just meet them out in the hallway. The presenters will also be around at their vendor tables all weekend. After each class, we will ask everyone to leave the room while we tidy up. This will also allow for those that did not get to see the class to be the first into the next class. You may not save seats and all items left in the rooms will be removed between classes.
