Below you will find all of the information you will need to become a vendor/sponsor at The Secaucus GFAF Expo on October 14 & 15, 2017 at the Meadowlands Exposition Center.

Cancellation Policy: No refunds will be issued.

Every vendor must have a Certificate of Liability Insurance naming Gluten Free Classes, LLC 900 Ogden Ave. #132, Downers Grove, IL 60515 as an additional insured for the dates of the Expo-no exceptions.

Parking: Free

10am – 4pm – Saturday Open to the public

10am – 3pm – Sunday Open to the public

Move in: 3pm – 7pm, Friday 10/13/17 and 7am-9am, Saturday 10/14/17
Exhibitors must be in the building with booths set up by 9 am on Saturday for a mandatory meeting and inspection. Exhibitors will not be allowed to enter after 8:30 am.
Doors open for exhibitors at 8am on Sunday the 15th.
Move out: 3pm – 5pm Sunday 10/15/17

Concessions will be open for beverage purchases only.

Expected Attendance: 3,500

No helium balloons glitter or confetti allowed.

Floor Plan/Booth Selection: Please click HERE to create and account and choose your booth. Booths will not be reserved until payment is made in full. We reserve the right to relocate booths as needed.

Name Badges: Deadline is 10/6/17. Generic badges will be printed if names are not received by this date. Please email requests to Michelle@glutenfreemg.com.

Health Department: There is a $50 fee payable to the NJ Health Department. If you are having your permit mailed back to you please make sure to allow at least a week. This permit applies to all vendors sampling/selling open/sealed food, beverage, liquor and supplements. Click HERE for application. Please call them directly with any questions. 201-330-2031 or email DOberkofler@secaucus.net. The late fee is an additional $100 if not permitted by the event.

Liquor License: A health department permit is required. Hard liquor may not be served at this Expo, only beer and cider in 1 oz. sample sizes. Beer and hard cider vendors will be allowed to pour their own samples, however, the 1 oz. sample size will be carefully monitored by the Meadowlands and if vendors do not comply, they will be shut down.

Shipping/Material Handling: Click HERE for forms. The Meadowlands is a union facility. The contractor is SMG. Their preferred carrier is UPS. Please direct any questions directly to 201-330-8227. There will be a freezer truck on site.

Force Majeure: Gluten Free Classes, LLC will not be liable for delay or failure of performance with respect to this event caused by an Act of God, action by any governmental or quasi-governmental entity, fire, flood, insurrection, riot, explosion, embargo, terrorist attacks, strikes, whether legal or illegal, labor or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, work slowdown, cancellation, abandonment, curtailment or rescheduling of the event as a sole and direct result of an outbreak of a communicable disease, or any condition beyond control of Gluten Free Classes, LLC (“Force Majeure Events”). In such event, Gluten Free Classes, LLC shall be entitled to retain such portion of the Contract Price as required to compensate Gluten Free Classes, LLC for expenses incurred up to the time of the Force Majeure Event.

We have a “No Solicitation Policy”. If you are solicited at the event by companies that are a nuisance to you, please let us know and we will ask them stop and/or leave the event.
