Below you will find all of the information you will need to become a vendor/sponsor at The Atlanta GFAF Expo on April 18, 2015 at the Cobb Galleria Center.
Cancellation Policy: No refunds will be issued.
Every vendor must have a Certificate of Liability Insurance naming Gluten Free Classes, LLC 900 Ogden Ave. #132, Downers Grove, IL 60515 as an additional insured for the dates of the Expo-no exceptions.
Cobb Galleria Center: Two Galleria Parkway, Atlanta, Georgia 30339 Exhibit Hall A
10am – 4pm – Open to the public
Move in: 3pm – 7pm, Friday the 17th and 7am-9am, Saturday the 18th
Booths must be set up by 9am for inspection and mandatory meeting.
Move out: 4pm – 6pm Saturday, the 18th
There will be no concessions at this event with the exception of water stations so please bring your coffee.
Expected Attendance: 2,500
Hotel: There is not a contracted hotel for this event, but you may book a room HERE.

Booth Selection: Please click HERE to choose your booth. Please keep in mind you have 72 hours to pay for your booth for it to be confirmed.
Name Badges: Deadline is 4/6/15. Generic badges will be printed if names are not received by this date. Please email requests to Michelle@glutenfreemg.com.
Health Department: Click HERE for application. All vendors sampling or selling OPEN food, beverages, supplements must fill out the health department application and submit directly to GA Dept. of Public Health. Fees are $95. Any questions please call Martin Little at (770) 435-7815 x5067 or email at email@example.com. You must bring your own hand washing and utensil washing stations, etc. The only vendors not required to have a permit are those handing out SEALED packages. Deadline is 3/18/15 to apply. Mail application to Center for Environmental Health (Cobb) 3830 South Cobb Dr. #102, Smyrna, GA 30080. Attn.: Martin Little with your $95.00 check. Liquor Vendors: You must purchase your liquor from the Cobb Galleria at retail cost ($162 ++ per case). You must also hire a bartender from them to be present/serve at your booth. This fee is about $150 for the day. Please contact Natasha Shallow, the Catering Manager, to set this up. nshallow@CobbGalleria.com or (770) 989-5026. Liquor vendors do NOT need to file with the health department. Also, you’ll need to fill out the sample authorization form with the quantity for product that is needed. They will order per your request. Please keep in mind that there are no returns on the product. Click HERE for form.
Material Handling-Shipping/Receiving: If you have not been contacted and given a password and log in, please email Rick Clower firstname.lastname@example.org. Once you have that click HERE for all material handling forms, additional booth equipment, optional carpet, refrigerator and freezer rental. There is no longer an onsite freezer truck.
Ice: Click HERE for instruction on ordering ice through online system. A 40 lb. bag is $20.00
Georgia Sales Tax -Click HERE for form. To file your sales tax in the State of Georgia simply fill this temporary event form out after the event and submit directly to the Georgia Dept. of Revenue. You do not need to file as a new business. Sales tax is 6%.

Force Majeure: Gluten Free Classes, LLC will not be liable for delay or failure of performance with respect to this event caused by an Act of God, action by any governmental or quasi-governmental entity, fire, flood, insurrection, riot, explosion, embargo, terrorist attacks, strikes, whether legal or illegal, labor or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, work slowdown, cancellation, abandonment, curtailment or rescheduling of the event as a sole and direct result of an outbreak of a communicable disease, or any condition beyond control of Gluten Free Classes, LLC (“Force Majeure Events”). In such event, Gluten Free Classes, LLC shall be entitled to retain such portion of the Contract Price as required to compensate Gluten Free Classes, LLC for expenses incurred up to the time of the Force Majeure Event.
We have a “No Solicitation Policy”. If you are solicited at the event by companies that are a nuisance to you, please let us know and we will ask them stop and/or leave the event.
