Below you will find all of the information you will need to become a vendor/sponsor at Springfield, MA GFAF Expo on October 25-26, 2014 at the MassMutual Center.

Cancellation Policy:  No refunds will be issued.

Force Majeure: Gluten Free Classes, LLC will not be liable for delay or failure of performance with respect to this event caused by an Act of God, action by any governmental or quasi-governmental entity, fire, flood, insurrection, riot, explosion, embargo, terrorist attacks, strikes, whether legal or illegal, labor or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, work slowdown, cancellation, abandonment, curtailment or rescheduling of the event as a sole and direct result of an outbreak of a communicable disease, or any condition beyond control of Gluten Free Classes, LLC (“Force Majeure Events”). In such event, Gluten Free Classes, LLC shall be entitled to retain such portion of the Contract Price as required to compensate Gluten Free Classes, LLC for expenses incurred up to the time of the Force Majeure Event.

Every vendor must have a Certificate of Liability Insurance naming Gluten Free Classes, LLC 900 Ogden Ave. #132, Downers Grove, IL 60515 as an additional insured for the dates of the Expo-no exceptions.

Bring your camera and capture your booth and booth attendees.  As we continue to grow, we cannot guarantee the GFAF Expo will be able to photograph all vendors.

We have a “No Solicitation Policy”.  If you are solicited at the event by companies that are a nuisance to you, please let us know and we will ask them stop and/or leave the event.

9am-3pm:  Open to the public
Move in:  3pm – 7pm, Friday the 24th and 7am-8:00am, Saturday the 25th.  Vendors will load in on Dwight Street.
Click HERE for the building map. On the Dwight Street side of the building in between the pink press room and the blue loading dock square. There is a door that will be accessible right at the top left corner of the blue loading dock square.  Once you unload you will need to park your car.
Move out:  3pm – 5pm, Sunday, the 26th
Expected Attendance:  2,500
Concessions will be open for beverage purchases only.

Parking:  The MassMutual Center doesn’t own or operate any local parking facilities.  However, there are several parking lots and garages in the area. Civic Center Parking Garage-This garage is located directly across from the MassMutual Center on Falcons Way.  Per request of the MassMutual Center parking for all events is only $7.  For more information call (413) 787-6118.  Columbus Avenue – South Garage-This garage is located on Columbus Avenue just two blocks from the MassMutual Center. Hotel:  A block of rooms has been reserved at the Sheraton Springfield Monarch Place Hotel and will be available until 10/12/14.  Click HERE to make a reservation.

Booth Selection:  Click HERE to choose your booth.  Please keep in mind you have 72 hours to pay for your booth for it to be confirmed.

Name Badges:  Deadline is 10/6/14.  Generic badges will be printed if names are not received by this date.  Please email name to Michelle@glutenfreemg.com.

Health Department:  There is no health department fee for Springfield, but all vendors sampling/selling food, beverage, supplements and alcohol must fill out the VENDOR SAMPLE REQUEST FORM  and fax to 413-787-6645  no later than 10/10/14.  Click HERE for form.

Liquor Vendors:  There is no hard liquor allowed.  Beer/wine vendors must hire bartender from MassMutual Center. The fee is $190 for the weekend and can be set top through Tabitha Mahoney at tmahoney@massconvention.com 413-271-3254.  Please note this fee will include ice so there is no need to purchase additional.  Liquor is only allowed from 12-3 pm.

Ice:  Available at concessions in 5 lb. bag for $4.00. Cash only.

Sales Tax:  Click HERE to register a new business and for any questions.  Certificate will be good for 180 days.
