Below you will find all of the information you will need to become a vendor/sponsor at The Chicagoland GFAF Expo on April 12-13, 2014 at the Schaumburg Renaissance Convention Center.
Cancellation Policy: A $100 processing fee will be charged for any cancellations. Cancellations received less than 8 weeks before the event, will not be refunded.
Every vendor must have a Certificate of Liability Insurance naming Gluten Free Classes, LLC 900 Ogden Ave. #132, Downers Grove, IL 60515 as an additional insured for the dates of the Expo-no exceptions!
Bring your camera and capture your booth and booth attendees. As we continue to grow, we cannot guarantee the GFAF Expo will be able to photograph all vendors.
We have a “No Solicitation Policy”. If you are solicited at the event by companies that are a nuisance to you, please let us know and we will ask them stop and/or leave the event.

Move in: 3pm – 7pm, Friday the 11th and 7am-8am, Saturday the 12th
Move out: 3pm – 5pm Sunday, the 13th
Expected Attendance: 8,000
Parking: Free parking in hotel lot. Valet is available for a fee.

Name badge deadline is 3/24/14! Generic badges will be printed if names are not received by this date.
Exhibitor Approval Application-Every vendor must fill this out and submit to us with their expo application. There is no health department fee for this event. Please send this to email@example.com.
Terms & Conditions for Food Exhibitors-You must have a fire extinguisher if cooking.
Liquor License-All liquor vendors must submit their permit request in writing to the Liquor Commissioner, Village of Schaumburg, 101 Schaumburg Court, Schaumburg, IL 60193. Any questions please e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org, or call 847.923.4402. The fee will be $80.00 for the two day event payable to the Village of Schaumburg.
Crown Services-Shipping/Receiving & Getting Your Product to Your Booth. This also includes decorating services.
Sales Tax Information- located in Cook County, IL. Copies of payment coupon will be available at booth registration day of set up.
